Responsibilities: Translate ideas and business requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, supporting the development of customer-facing and internal digital products. Design intuitive digital experiences aligned with established brand and design systems, ensuring consistency across web and application interfaces. Create conceptual designs, information architecture and user journeys to support innovative digital solutions within the healthcare environment. Conduct usability reviews and heuristic analyses across existing digital platforms to identify opportunities for UX improvement. Audit applications for accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) and recommend improvements to meet usability and compliance standards.
