We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Training and Technical Support Manager to work as part of the Marketing team. The individual will become a technical lead for Salamander Pumps working across all areas of the business and the role will include a variety of tasks designed to educate our re-sellers, customers and employees on our product range and their installation requirements.
The day to day:
1. Development and delivery of training workshops and product demonstrations which will be presented in person and via digital means such as webinars.
2. Working with stakeholders, including employees, installers, merchants, engineers and college students to educate on the Salamander product range, such as;
3. Customer Experience team support: Ensuring that technical and plumbing advice given via our Customer Service team is accurate.
4. R&D team support: Working in close liaison with the team, giving input to new product development and delivering the education required to support product launches.
