Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, NQ +, £30,000 - £50,000 DOE, Cheshire/Hybrid. Join a specialist firm undergoing rapid growth. Overview:
* You will manage a diverse caseload of bridging finance and short-term lending transactions.
* Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and related ancillary documentation.
* The appointed solicitor will provide strategic legal advice to lenders, brokers, and borrowers, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Applications are welcome from candidates at any PQE level, provided you have at least some exposure to bridging.
* Commercial property experience is also beneficial.
* Remote working will be considered after 2 months in the role.
* Experience with the LEAP case management system is required.
