We are growing extremely fast at Trova and we are looking for another Senior ERP Recruitment consultant to join our London based team!
We are looking for very ambituous and motivated individuals that want to work for a company that aims to become the number 1 ERP Recruitment firm in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for ERP roles (Ideally Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and business objectives
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of ERP positions, including functional and technical roles
* Develop and manage a pipeline of high-quality ERP professionals
* Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
* Negotiate offers and manage the closing process with both clients and candidates
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team performance
* Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets
Key Requirements
* Proven experience (2+ years) in ERP or IT recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
* Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and clients in a fast-paced environment
* Strong commercial awareness and target-driven mindse
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field
* Established network within the ERP talent market (Ideally Oracle or Dynamics)
* Experience recruiting for both contract and pjermanent roles
