THE ROLE
As Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the customer acquisition and retention strategy across both consumer and installer channels.
You’ll lead a small sales team (office and remote) and be the sole marketeer, driving lead generation, manage digital marketing activity, build and nurture strategic partnerships, and drive adoption of the brand, in homes and businesses across the UK.
This is a small company, so this is a hands-on leadership role - it requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns, close deals, and deliver measurable results.
This is an immediate contract role.
YOU
1. Proven experience in a senior sales AND marketing role, ideally in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
2. Strong B2B experience, with evidence of delivering commercial partnerships and trade growth.
3. Confident leading a SMALL team, with experience managing both office-based and remote sales people.
4. Hands-on experience running paid lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
5. Skilled in using HubSpot or a similar CRM for sales and marketing automation.
6. Highly organized and analytical with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
7. Interest in renewable energy, clean tech, or sustainability is a strong advantage.
8. NOT on a long notice period - ideally seeking candidate who can commence in no more than 4 weeks from now.
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
