The role also involves analyzing commercial factors impacting investments, risks, lease considerations, and recommending mitigation strategies.
The Surveyor will conduct inspections, prepare reports, engage with clients, and support portfolio management to ensure quality and timely delivery. This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in lease structures, ownership, and investment strategies, contributing to our Asset Assurance and Management services.
