What You'll Be Doing: Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, with a focus on quality and presentation
Following recipes and specifications with precision
Working efficiently under pressure in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen in line with health and safety standards
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
Representing our team across a prestigious event, maintaining the highest operational standards
What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year's experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced environment
High-volume banqueting or events experience preferred
A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and events
Calm, adaptable, and reliable under pressure
A positive attitude and strong team player
Friendly, professional, and proud of the food you serve
Event Details: Dates: 30th June - 2nd July
Location: Holyrood Palace, Edinburgh
Shift timings: 07:00 - 19:00
