Recruitment Consultant – Technical Engineering. Multi-award-winning technical recruitment company, supplying contract and permanent technical and professional staff to clients within the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors are seeking a new business recruitment professional to join their Altrincham and London operations.
Interest from recruiters with a background in Engineering, Technical, or similar recruitment sectors is welcomed.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Marine or Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors.
* Nurture and expand existing client relationships, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Attend national and international client meetings to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
* Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and participation in industry events.
What’s on Offer
* Competitive base salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
* Uncapped commission structure with 25% commissions (No threshold)
