Sales Manager – Solihull KIA
Allen Motor Group is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our dynamic and fast‑paced sales department at the KIA dealership in Solihull. The role is full‑time, permanent, with a base salary of up to £40,000 and an on‑target earnings of £60,000 plus overachievement bonus. It reports to the Brand Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
* Previous experience managing and motivating a sales department in a franchised dealership
* Strong awareness of financial compliance
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fantastic stakeholder‑management skills
* Analytical approach to problem solving
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Ensure all company KPIs are achieved and exceeded
* Conduct reviews of new and used‑car operations, including regular stock reviews, site displays and online/offline activity
* Ensure AMG, legislative and FCA compliance, including auditing deal files as required
* Deliver high customer‑service experience levels across all departments
* Work with key stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed by required deadlines
