Frasers Hospitality is seeking an experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead the guest experience at Malmaison.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the face of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high‑standard service.
* Control dining flow, communicate with Kitchen and management to deliver smooth experiences.
* Work flexible shifts 7 days a week and discuss patterns during interview.
* Support career training and internal development.

* Experience in a busy restaurant or bar, looking for next career step.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
