The Role Looking for a Night Shift Manager to provide effective frontline management for the site across production, packing & warehouse. To ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner in compliance with the company's H&S procedures. To ensure highest standards of hygiene & housekeeping are maintained across whole facility. Delivery of agreed KPI's on labour/material usage to budgeted levels. Implement lean CI initiatives. H&S qual would be great. There is a huge amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
