Procurement Category Manager - Facilities & Property
Location: Birmingham or London
We are recruiting a Procurement Category Manager to join a well-established, international organisation operating within a complex and regulated environment.
This role sits within a central procurement function and will take ownership of the Facilities and Property category. You will be responsible for developing and delivering category strategy, leading high-value sourcing activity, and driving value, risk mitigation, and supplier performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement category strategy for Facilities & Property
* Lead tenders, negotiations, and contract renewals
* Partner with senior stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
* Drive cost optimisation and value creation initiatives
* Embed ESG and supplier governance considerations
* Manage supplier performance and support SRM improvements
About You
* Minimum 5 years' procurement experience (MCIPS desirable)
* Strong experience within Facilities and Property categories
* Background operating in a complex, multinational environment
* Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous
* Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
