What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in‑store and digital tools.
* Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
* Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
* Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
* Grow talent that reflects the communities we serve; coach, mentor, and support your colleagues every step of the way.
* Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Need To Have (our Must‑haves)
* Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
* Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
* A collaborative, team‑first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in enhanced services.
* A strong understanding of local clinical networks.
