What You'll Do
* Deliver an outstanding customer proposition and manage the Branch
* Serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver great service and achieve sales through service
* Take responsibility for opening/closing the branch, handling deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining branch standards
* Foster a positive culture, encourage feedback, and recognise team achievements
* Develop your team and support future business growth and succession

* Ensure your team provides a great customer experience and drives sales through service
* Maintain a fun, engaging work environment with strong product availability
