Brand new position* Air Import Coordinator required to join this niche, interesting forwarder Ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within Imports, along with excellent Customer Service/telephone skills (essential) Daily duties to include: Processing Import arrivals from Pre-alert, contacting customers and following Import instruction on type of Customs clearance required (IE BOND/TA/HU ETC) Arranging delivery with our transport department, maintaining a high level customer service. Customs entries using sequoia and our bespoke internal computer system. Additional MIB and an assortment of other bespoke import services we offer to our customers. Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm 20 Days annual leave B/H Salary is between £30,000 - £35,000 PA O/T Pension * We are only able to accept applications from candidates with previous experience for this role.
