Projects Administrator Castleford £27k-£30k depending on skills/experience yearly bonus 25 days holiday Job Summary Are you great at multi-tasking, super organised, possess great communication skills and enjoy a varied role? Supporting the Directors and Sales Team this is a varied, busy role where you'll have lots of different hats to wear. You'll provide internal and external customers with first class service whilst co-ordinating Sales Projects & all Health & Safety and Facilities administration. Provide daily support to the machine sales team. (Health & Safety is outsourced, however you'll provide the administration function and will attend course for the training which will be required). Your main duties: Maintenance of the sales database and production of sales documents Coordination of open days and exhibitions in the UK and europe Responsible for the creation of RAMS for on-site work First point of contact for sales customer visits, calls and enquiries Responsible for ordering & managing employee PPE and corporate wear Booking of travel and accommodation Point of contact for external marketing company including social media updates Coordination and administration of Project Handovers / interface with key managers Point of contact for the european office in the sales department Manage, update and carry out Staff Inductions Coordinate the implementation of all aspects of the Health and Safety Policy Coordinate and manage all facilities and H&S documentation including contracts Key contact for building maintenance contractors / Fire marshal / first aid Responsible for post- installation report packs production for customers Maintain a H&S matrix for engineers and coordinate in-house training Administration support for the management when required Planning and coordination of internal employee events Attend exhibitions (yearly) Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Google Suite and Office applications is essential. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in an administration Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
