What you'll do
* Engage with business owners nationwide to identify funding opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
* Use the company's existing database and historic enquiries to generate new leads.
* Structure tailored funding solutions across a range of finance products.
* Conduct thorough financial assessments to match clients with the right lenders.
* Manage the full funding process from initial proposal to drawdown.
* Build and maintain relationships with introducers such as accountants, suppliers, and industry associations.
* Stay up to date on lender products, underwriting criteria, and market trends.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities within other finance divisions.
* Maintain accurate CRM records to manage your pipeline effectively.
* Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while supporting overall team goals.
What you'll bring
* Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial finance brokerage or lending.
* Strong knowledge of asset finance, business loans, MCAs, refinance, and government-backed schemes.
* Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management.
* Ability to explain complex funding solutions clearly while building trust with clients.
* Experience managing deals end-to-end.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to hitting targets.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation ability.
* Confidence using CRM systems for accurate record-keeping.
* A genuine passion for supporting UK businesses to grow and succeed.
