Are you a skilled Electrical Engineer in or around the Oxford area, looking for an exciting opportunity in the facilities management sector? We are seeking a dedicated professional to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top-quality service delivery and first-line response to emergencies.
1. £35,834 or £41,210 per annum (depending on experience)
2. Full door-to-door pay
3. Up to 4% bonus
4. Company Van (with option for personal use from day 1)
5. 25 days annual leave + bank holiday equivalent
6. Ongoing training & development opportunities at our National Training Centre
What You'll Be Doing
7. Performing planned and reactive maintenance #
8. Attending site to carry out scoping & quoting for extra contract works
9. Diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical equipment
10. Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
11. Providing technical support and expertise across multiple sites
12. Liaising with customers to deliver outstanding service
13. Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers
What We're Looking For
14. Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance
15. Previous experience in a similar role (retail or commercial experience preferred)
16. Valid UK driving licence (essential)
17. Qualifications: 18th Edition, Test & Inspection
18. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
19. IT proficiency and ability to manage workload effectively
Additional Information:
20. This is a field-based role, requiring travel between client sites
