Night Life Practitioner
Our AdultSupported LivingHome in Sunndach, Yaxley, Peterborough is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Night Life Practitioner. You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, assist them in daily activities, and accompany them on community trips. You will also transport them for shopping, meals, appointments and outings using a company vehicle. A valid UK driver’s licence held for at least two years is required.
Starting rates are £12.85 (Level 1), £13.35 (Level 2) and £13.85 (Level 3). With experience, the rate can be £13.85. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates.
Qualifications & Experience

* Strong team player
* Resilient and confident in asking for support as needed
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Computer literacy
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work toward it
