Practice Plus Group are the largest independent elective surgery partner to the NHS and Southampton is one of the busiest and most diverse hospitals, supporting a broad range of specialties and services.
Whilst joining the team as a substantive Anaesthetist, the Lead will be responsible for the management of anaesthetic resource across the hospital. This post reports into the Hospital Medical Director, alongside whom the Lead Anaesthetist will input into service and quality improvements.
