Overview
This is a remote, field-based Regional B2B Sales Executiverole located near Milton Keynes, UK, requiring proximity to a major airport and approximately 50% regional travel.
* The position offers up to £75,000 base salary, uncapped commission, a performance-based bonus, and a car allowance.
* Must have relevant B2B sales experience in industrial, warehouse, construction, 3PL, or adjacent
The role is focused on driving new business development within the industrial safety sector, specifically selling bollards, guardrails, and pedestrian barrier solutions into warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics environments. It is heavily centered on capital project sales, including greenfield builds, facility expansions, and major upgrades, rather than account management.
This position involves building and developing a territory from scratch, with potential team leadership responsibilities, while leveraging various AI tools to improve sales effectiveness, pipeline generation, and close rates.
Regional B2B Sales Executive Requirements
* 3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience in industrial, construction, or capex-driven environments
* Demonstrated success in territory building, pipeline generation, and net-new business acquisition
* Clear hunter mentality with ability to prospect, qualify, and close independently
* Experience in sales related to warehousing, logistics, capex, or manufacturing environments
* Comfortable managing CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and maintaining pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
* Ability to operate autonomously, develop territory strategy, and articulate execution plans
* Experience navigating long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
* Ability to engage and influence Architects, System Integrators, and General Contractors
* Familiarity with AI tools to enhance sales productivity and decision-making
* Strong attention to detail and consistent professional presentation
Regional B2B Sales Executive Duties
* Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets
* Build and maintain a pipeline (minimum 3x coverage) focused on £25k+ deal sizes
* Drive new business development through prospecting, referrals, trade shows, and outbound outreach
* Conduct in-person client meetings (~3 days per week) and deliver presentations to stakeholders
* Sell directly to end users and influence project specifications prior to tender stage
* Expand relationships with contractors, integrators, and project stakeholders
* Manage all activity within CRM (HubSpot) including pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
* Perform competitive analysis and develop strategies to win and convert accounts
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and deal execution
* Drive brand awareness and lead generation through email outreach, call activity, and social engagement
* Manage commercial tenders, pricing, and margin performance
* Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new growth opportunities and vertical expansion
