About the Role
As our Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth, profitable and welcoming running of the shop. Your key duties will include:
* Overseeing donations – sorting, pricing, and presenting stock to maximise sales
* Managing and supporting volunteers – creating a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued
* Daily shop operations – including opening/closing, cash handling, and accurate cashing‑up
* Driving sales and profitability
* Promoting the charity’s mission – acting as an ambassador for our work and helping raise awareness in the local community
About You
