This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

What will you be doing?
As the Mechanical Project Engineer, you will be part of our MEICA delivery team responsible for providing technical solutions for the mechanical element of CWA projects.
* Working alongside the CWA Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) department and other members of the project team and leadership to drive the successful delivery of projects to the highest standards.
* Manage the delivery of the mechanical element of MEICA projects to agreed time, cost & quality requirements to assist the project delivery team and CWA management team.
* Provide support to the site technical delivery element of capital projects from conception, through design and procurement, to final handover, ensuring all technical deliverables are achieved in accordance with current regulations and procedures.
* Carry out sub-contractor liaison during project target and delivery pricing periods. Issue tender and quotation request packages to support the commercial and design teams in selecting the most suitable and cost-effective MEICA equipment and sub-contractor delivery functions.
* Work with all other MEICA delivery team personnel to compile, update, manage, and submit project-specific documentation, including defect and snagging lists, test documentation, Inspection and Test Plans, Training Plans, Asset data, red line drawings, and as-built updates. Lead the production and management of project documentation where required.
* Assist MEICA site personnel in the procurement of mechanical plant and equipment, maintaining and updating Material Procurement Schedules for real-time project overview.
