Overview
CAD Operator
The role will be to produce drawings/designs of bespoke telecommunications cabinets and cabling infrastructure utilising AutoCad 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Production of high-quality CAD drawings Systems Integration.
* Managing the priorities for completion of CAD drawings.
* Maintenance of the register of all General Arrangement drawings.
* Conversion of drawings into different formats as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Educated to a minimum of HNC level in a relevant technical subject.
Experience
* Competent in the use of the latest AutoCAD 2026 release
* Experience of working in a similar environment.
* Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage tasks and resources in an environment where some or all may be dependent and inter-related.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in project management tools
* Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Must be able to deal with multiple interruptions from various sources throughout the day.
* Must be able to work to project deadlines.
