Location: Canary Wharf, E14 5EY, United Kingdom
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 16:30, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
* You will be looking after all hospitality in the building which includes 21 meeting rooms, 2 large meeting spaces, with a hospitality brochure, al a carte restaurant and 1 private dining room
* Looking after a team of 10 with two Sous Chef as support
* Responsible for cooking meals such as breakfast, a la carte restaurant foods and finger food
* Serving anywhere between 30 - 500 people a day split between the hospitality meeting rooms, Talent Academy, large meeting spaces and restaurant area
* Create and refine menus, keeping up with culinary trends and incorporating seasonal ingredients, while also developing new recipes and dish concepts.
* Manage the kitchen's budget, oversee stock, and ensure efficient use of resources to minimise costs
* Lead kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to standards and are trained effectively
