The Project Manager leads and matures the delivery function of a rapidly scaling platform team, bringing structure, predictability, and senior‑level challenges to a complex and evolving environment.
Ensures disciplined, evidence‑based delivery, embeds agile ways of working, and translates technical roadmaps into credible, outcome‑driven plans that enable confident decision‑making and cross‑organisational alignment.
Also has depth and breadth of experience in Waterfall delivery methodology.
Delivery Leadership
Leads end‑to‑end delivery across all platform initiatives, ensuring work is strategically sequenced, prioritised, and appropriately resourced.
Brings structure and predictability to a fast‑scaling environment through disciplined delivery practices and clear governance.
Provides authoritative oversight, surfacing scope changes, dependencies, risks and decision points early.
Creates clarity from ambiguity, offering direction where problem spaces are evolving or unclear.
Drives accountability and performance, ensuring teams maintain focus, alignment, and high delivery standards.

About You
