We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Specialized Behaviour and Support Mentor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioural challenges, helping them to engage positively with their education and develop essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural needs.
* Develop and implement individualized behaviour support plans.
* Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
* Monitor and report on student behaviour and progress.
* Foster a positive and inclusive school environment.
* Deliver training and support to staff on behaviour management strategies.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field.
* Experience working with secondary school students with behavioural needs.
* Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
