Job Title
Associate Practice Educator (Band 4)
Location
Health and Social Care Partnerships Practice Education and Development Team, Peterhead, North Aberdeenshire (0.6 wte).
Role Summary
As an Associate Practice Educator you will support work‑based learning for Health Care Support Workers across NHS Grampian, coordinate induction and clinical skills pathways, and work in partnership with the team to ensure high‑quality education and training.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver enhanced HCSW induction and clinical skills pathways.
* Support work‑based learning for HCSWs across NHS Grampian.
* Develop facilitation, coaching and leadership skills and support fellow practice educators.
* Engage with educators and stakeholders to promote best practice.
Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive experience as an HCSW.
* Proven interest and experience in supporting education, training or professional development.
* Educated to SCQF Level 7 or equivalent.
* Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and TURAS Learn.
* Full UK driving licence (travel across Aberdeenshire is essential).

* Strong communication, facilitation, coaching and leadership potential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
