We are looking for a full time member of staff with a working pattern of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Act as first point of contact to all patients, healthcare professionals and visitors.
* Provide a high‑level welcome and efficient patient focused service whilst promoting a positive image.
* Provide admin support to the multi‑disciplinary team, maintain patient related records/databases, make appointments and prepare correspondence.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of information at all times.

DBS Check
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment: £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced) over the first 2 months of employment. Enrolment for the DBS Update Service is encouraged, with an annual fee of £16.
