PMR is working closely with an exciting and growing workspace provider with a proven track record in delivering highly successful flexible workspace and hospitality businesses. They are now looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in South East London. You will be tasked with sales of a new AI product aimed at other office landlords. Your initial target market will be London, with an expectation you will then progress to national sales.
Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary - £40,000pa
The Role:
1. Energise your mornings by identifying, nurturing, and assessing fresh leads and potential game-changing opportunities.
2. Dive into outbound sales activities, ranging from initiating cold calls with prospective members and corporates to delivering captivating Centre tours.
3. Network with influential figures in the industry at events, while also boosting our brand through local marketing efforts and community engagement.
4. Foster and champion, a community focused on referrals, crafting enticing incentives that ignite enthusiasm.
5. Aid in nurturing relationships with brokers, effectively conveying Link Spaces brand and offerings to ensure high conversion rates.
6. Take charge of the entire sales journey, from the CRM administrative tasks to finalising License Agreements and facilitating handovers.
