Salary: National ranging from £28,800 to £37,000 and London £31,600 to £41,000

The team/department
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support our Early Careers Team with full end to end graduate & apprenticeship recruitment and programme management.
As a cross team support your role is central to the effective delivery of the FCA’s Early Careers programmes and will provide opportunity to work closely with all members of the team.
Using your exceptional organisational skills, you will manage the team mailbox as the first point of contact; ensure the team maintains up to date and accurate records at all times; take ownership of our purchase order raising/tracking and coordinate a range of speakers/logistics to ensure our early careers recruitment, selection and programme management activity is delivered efficiently throughout the season.
What you will be doing
1. Attraction: Managing all bookings and logistical arrangements for our university and school activity, such as skills sessions, careers fairs, online recruitment events and in-house events to help us engage a diverse audience to the FCA early career programmes
2. Attending some university/school events (with some possible travel and occasional evening work required during our recruitment season)
3. Recruitment & Selection: Working alongside our partner organisation to ensure exceptional candidate experience, including tracking progress of applications (via Workday), replying to recruitment enquiries through the candidate inbox
4. Programme Management Help the organisation and delivery of graduate, intern and apprentice induction programmes and other development events (including, managing room bookings, coordinating speakers, organising catering, monitoring attendance)
5. Stakeholder Engagement Building relationships with key business stakeholders integral to the delivery of Early Careers Recruitment and Programme Management

The skills and experience you will have
Minimum
