Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Transport Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position at our West Drayton/Heathrow location. The Transport Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, and manage a team of drivers to maintain efficient transport services. Responsibilities include planning delivery schedules, monitoring driver performance, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
* Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with drivers, clients, and stakeholders
* Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities
* Must have previous transport / Haulage experience of at least 1 year
* Must have a full 5 year checkable work history within the UK
* Must have knowledge of airport collection and delivery procedures
