Service Planner – Automatic Door Industry £30,000 + Bonus
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Planner to join a leading name in the automatic door and entrance solutions industry. This position will support one of the company’s busiest regions, ensuring engineers are effectively deployed and customers receive outstanding service. To be considered for this Service Planner role, you will need:
Previous experience as a Service Planner, Service Co-ordinator, Scheduler, or within a similar planning capacity.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build productive working relationships with engineers, colleagues, and external partners.
Industry experience within automatic doors or similar field-based service sectors is desirable, though not essential.
Confident IT skills and the ability to use planning systems effectively.
Use available route-planning tools to minimise travel time and improve operational efficiency.
Profit Share, equivalent to approximately one twelfth of annual salary, subject to company performance.

Monday to Friday: either 8am –5pm or 8:30am – 5.1 in 5 Saturdays (8:30am - 4pm – flexible scheduling available through shift swaps)
