This role will involve working across medical wards, providing essential occupational therapy support to patients and contributing to their recovery and discharge planning. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions on medical wards. Support patients with functional assessments and rehabilitation. Assist with discharge planning and liaise with the multidisciplinary team. Ensure patient-centered care and promote independence. Requirements: HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
