We are a friendly practice seeking a Practice Nurse to join our team.
Our current practice list size is 6800
Our team consists of:
3 GP Partners
1 Locum GP
1 Practice Nurse and a Health Care Assistant.
Practice Manager and admin team.
We have attached staff within the practice such as:
Community links worker
Pharmacy team
Physiotherapist
Experience in chronic disease management, cervical screening, sexual health, contraception is preferred however, not essential.
We are an EMIS and Docman Practice.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and the post holder will be entitled to join the SPPA Pension Scheme.
Working pattern/hours are negotiable.
