Area to be covered: South East & London (may go after projects nationally)
Remuneration: £50,000 - £58,000 + 25% bonus
Benefits: Electric company car (can opt out) + usual field sales benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager Plumbing & Heating Products to FM companies will involve:
Area Sales Manager position selling a range of plumbing and heating products
All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies
Working on projects such as; hospitals, hotels, care homes, office spaces, retail parks, leisure parks, datacentres
Turnover target circa £5m
Will have new business target however will predominately be an account management position
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Plumbing & Heating Products to FM companies with:
Must have plumbing & heating, mechanical engineering or building services product experience
Must have sold facilities management companies
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills
Self-motivated, confident, driven and ambitious
