Role: Administrator
Location: Dudley
Working Hours: Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm
Hourly Rate: £12.21ph
Pertemps are looking for a highly organised Administrator to join our client in Dudley. The successful candidate will play a vital support role across the business, ensuring accurate and timely administration updates across several key areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, cancellations, and account amendments.
Communicate professionally with customers via telephone and email.
Provide support during the Commissioning process.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within in-house systems.
Perform general administrative duties to support various departments.
Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by management.
Comply with all reasonable management requests as per business needs.
Promote and adhere to company policies relating to health, safety, and welfare.
Support best practices around data security, especially in relation to sensitive customer information.
Suitable candidates will have:
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to effectively prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure and both independently and within a team.
