Person Specification Essential * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). * Degree or equivalent qualification in Geography or a related subject. * Successful experience teaching Geography at secondary level. * Strong subject knowledge and passion for Geography. * Evidence of raising standards and improving outcomes. * Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills. Desirable * Experience of leading or supporting a subject or department. * Experience teaching across multiple key stages, including examination classes. * Evidence of curriculum development or examination specification leadership. * Experience of mentoring or coaching colleagues.
