Your new role
As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will:
1. Prepare and implement mechanical contracts
2. Plan and programme labour and projects effectively
3. Lead site teams and direct labour
4. Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards maintained
5. One overnight stay in London per week may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Mechanical background: time-served Plumber/Pipefitter or HNC+ in Building Services
7. Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or Mechanical Design Engineer
8. Strong knowledge of HVAC installation on large-scale projects
9. Leadership skills withmercial awareness and accountability
10. Ability to motivate and coach teams
