Customer Relations Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Milton Keynes
About the role:
Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to deliver an exceptional customer journey from exchange through to completion and the warranty period. Acting as the main point of contact, you will build strong customer relationships, coordinate key milestones, and ensure a seamless home-buying experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communications from exchange through completion and post-handover.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and document management systems.
- Coordinate customer enquiries, property selections, upgrades, and extras.
- Conduct site visits, development tours, and property handovers.
- Work closely with sales, construction, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Prepare customer documentation and homeowner information.
- Monitor and manage post-completion defects, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience within residential property, housebuilding, or a customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
- Experience using CRM and defect management systems.
- Proactive, professional approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
