Salary: c.£52,000–£56,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Our client, a leading set of chambers, is seeking a Early Careers Recruitment Manager to manage HR systems, recruitment processes, and all aspects of pupillage recruitment, training, and support.
If you have strong HR operational and project management experience — ideally within a chambers or professional services environment — and enjoy coordinating people processes and talent development, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role of Early Careers Recruitment Manager
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Strategic Planning, and supported by Administrators, the postholder will organise chambers’ people systems and project manage the end-to-end pupillage process. You will also collaborate with the Head of Finance on HR compliance and documentation.
