Overview
We are looking for a motivated and diligent Junior Facultative Reinsurance Broker to join our dynamic and growing FAC team within the energy division in London!
This position is ideal for anybody looking to build their career in the insurance industry. You’ll support the executive director in managing client accounts, preparing quotes and submissions, and ensuring smooth policy administration.

How you\'ll make an impact
* Aid in crafting insurance quotes and proposals for clients
* Develop policy submissions to issue to markets
* Liaise with clients to capture information and get to know their insurance needs
* Support senior brokers in negotiating terms with insurers
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
* Assist in the processing of renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries promptly
* Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations
About You
* Minimum: A-levels or equivalent
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and customer-focused attitude
* Ambitious and motivated
* Eligible to work in the UK
