What you’ll be doing
* Supporting pupils with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges
* Creating safe, structured spaces where children can thrive
* Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to provide personalised support
* Celebrating the small wins that make a big difference
What we’re looking for
* Experience supporting children or adults with SEND (school-based or otherwise)
* A calm, resilient attitude and great communication skills
* Someone who loves helping children grow in confidence and independence
* Thrive training or an interest in completing it (we’ll fund this for free!)
