Are you looking to gain hands-on experience supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs?
A SEMH specialist school in Stroud is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to support students who face challenges in mainstream education. This role is ideal for youth workers, care support workers and graduates wanting practical experience within a relationship-focused, therapeutic learning environment.
The Role
* Support students with SEMH, behavioural needs and additional learning needs
* Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning
* Build strong relationships and support reintegration pathways
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a small specialist setting
