As a clean, well-established company, our client is looking for a candidate who is reliable as they are providing a fantastic opportunity with an IMMEDIATE START We are currently seeking dedicated FLT Counterbalance/Reach Drivers to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily operations of the warehouse. You must also be willing to undertake VNA Licence conversion training. Your primary responsibilities will include moving raw materials within the warehouse, handling shelving units up to 11 meters high, loading and unloading deliveries, and performing general warehouse duties. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts. Efficiently move raw materials and products within the warehouse. Handle shelving units up to 11 meters high. Load and unload deliveries. Complete general warehouse duties as required. Requirements: Accredited Reach and Counterbalance forklift certificate. Previous experience operating a forklift. Strong attention to detail. Reliable and punctual. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Health and safety-conscious. We have an opportunity to introduce new candidates into their business where possible on an ongoing basis, providing a pay rate of £12.35 per hour, plus £50-week shift allowance* on the PM shift. Shift allowance is only paid after initial qualifying period of 12 weeks. Your working hours will be 6am-2pm 5 days per week (Monday-Friday), this will then alternate the following week to an afternoon shift 12:30pm-9pm. Overtime may be available on weekends; however, this is optional.
