Summary:
The Clinical Education Manager drives customer satisfaction and business growth by developing and executing strategic clinical education programs. This includes shaping content and training that aligns with global brand strategies, supporting new product launches, and reinforcing Hollister’s value proposition. The role engages directly with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders to foster advocacy, elevate clinical credibility, and reinforce competitive differentiation across markets.
Role/Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Program Development
1. Define and prioritize educational needs by call point and specialty
2. Design and evaluate scalable global education programs
3. Partner with Marketing to embed education in launch strategy (Go2Market)
2. Execution & Engagement
4. Lead train-the-trainer model and foster local clinical champions/KOLs
5. Facilitate clinical advisory boards, roadshows, congress presence, peer-to-peer events
6. Ensure continuous improvement and localization of programs by market
3. Evidence Generation & Clinical Support
7. Collaborate with Clinical Research to define user study needs and claims strategy
8. Support the development of peer-reviewed content (posters, publications, white papers)
9. Cultivate clinical advocates to reinforce evidence and value messaging
Essential Functions of the Role:
10. Proven ability to create compelling education content that drives product adoption
11. Demonstrated success in engaging KOLs to support clinical validation and advocacy
12. Strong fluency of English language, fluency in multiple languages preferred
13. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and strong presentation skills
14. Experienced in development of posters, presentations, and article development for journal publication
15. Knowledge of clinical study/user study process and clinical protocol implementation
16. Ability to partner with regions/countries to define, develop, help implement educational activities to achieve key business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
17. Ability to work independently and report to remote manager
18. Ability to work self-directed
19. Knowledge of marketing (-communications) and branding related projects and activities
20. Ability to travel globally
21. Mobility essential for travel (car, train, air)
22. Strong facilitation skills in clinical settings and at international events
Education & Work Requirements:
23. Number of Overall Years Necessary: 8-12
24. Minimum of 5 years IC nursing required
25. Proven experience aligning clinical education with commercial strategy in a medical device setting
UK Pay Transparency Statement:
26. The anticipated base salary range for this position is £53,000 - £84,000, depending on experience or other legitimate business factors

France Pay Transparency Statement:
The fixed remuneration for this position is between €85,000 and €134,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
