Job Title: Senior Secretary & Business Administration Support

Salary: £ 35,047 + Depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Diary & Email Management for Head of Business & submission & monitoring of Concur expenses for Head of Business
* Reconciliation of weekly Absence and Team booking reports
* Office accommodation / Mitie Requests for Works (raising of requests / coordination / facilitation)
* Co-ordination of SHE induction invites, registration and forms for access
* Organising 2 shed conference rooms and support / manage hospitality for events in 2 Shed, 2 Shed Main Point of Contact for Ad Hoc requests, visits, etc, SharePoint site and document housekeeping for 2 Shed, DSLO responsibilities for 2 Shed
* Provision of new starter support, Facilitation of ITAR Clearance checks
* Distribution of comms and updates, Process Confirmations – Lead / Populate / Track outstanding actions
* Integration to shared building areas such as NDT and Sec-F and Support to wider Production Team if needed
* Support in building engagement processes (such as People Enabler Group)
* Central Diary and location management of in building review structure, general administration and meeting support (where agreed with Head of Business)
Your skills and experiences:
* Proven communication and engagement skills
* Experience of delivering excellent customer service to a wide variety of stakeholders
* Experience of collating & analysing information
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
* A sound understanding and experience of using Concur, SuccessFactors, Workforce Manager, and SharePoint.
* Experience of developing relationships with key stakeholders
* To have a good understanding of confidential/sensitive information, maintained in line with company policy/procedures, its structure and relevant procedures
* Previous experience within a Production environment would be desirable but not essential

The F35 Carbon Composites Production Management Team :
Working in a diverse environment within US Programmes, this role significantly contributes to the successful running of the 2 Shed Production facility through effective organisation, stakeholder management, communication and proactive collaboration. The role holder with provide support to the Head of Business and their wider team.
