• Liaise with clients regularly to resolve queries and explain financial data clearly
• Drive adoption and optimisation of cloud accounting systems including Xero, Dext, Xenon and Syft
• Work with the Client Services Manager to deliver insights on cash flow, profitability, and performance
• Ensure all client deadlines are met and records are always "audit ready"

• Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping or accounts experience in practice or a client-facing role
• Strong working knowledge of VAT and CIS
• High level of competency with Xero (certifications a bonus)

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information in plain English
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to process improvement
• Must be UK-based and able to work from our Swindon office when required – remote or overseas applicants will not be considered
What We Offer
• Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
• Hybrid/flexible working from our Swindon office and home
• Ongoing CPD, mentoring, and career development
• A varied and ambitious client base, offering exposure beyond routine bookkeeping
• Supportive, down-to-earth team culture where your work has a visible impact**
