Business Development Representative (BDR) – £28k–£32k + Commission

You won’t be left on your own. You’ll work directly with an experienced Business Development Manager who will close the big £200k–£400k contracts. Your job? Make sure their diary is full of qualified appointments.

What You’ll Do:
•Prospect and qualify potential clients in key sectors (stadiums, large offices, manufacturing & engineering).
•Generate high-quality appointments for the Business Development Manager.
•Use phone, networking tools, and email to connect with senior decision-makers.
•Work closely with sales leadership to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
•Track activity, follow up consistently, and hit achievable activity-driven targets.
