Key Requirements Teacher (ECT), able to demonstrate good practice and set high expectations, able to plan effectively to meet the learning needs of the children, have relevant teaching experience and a knowledge of National Strategies. Skills and Experience Able to plan and deliver a creative curriculum, provide a happy and stimulating environment where the children enjoy learning, flexible and able to adapt plans at the last minute, able to manage time and prioritise tasks.
